What we collect:

This is the whole policy, in plain language. It describes the site as it actually works today — not what we intend to build later.
No accounts, no analytics, no cookies
There is no sign-up, no login, and no account. We run no analytics product, first-party or third-party. The site sets no cookies, and loads no tracking scripts, advertising pixels, or social embeds. Nothing you do here is sent to us or to anyone else.
Your progress stays on your device
When you switch lenses, save a landmark, mark something explored, or mark a studio topic reviewed, that is written to your own browser’s localStorage under the key living-ai-atlas-v1. It never leaves your device and we cannot see it. Clearing your browser storage erases it permanently — there is no server copy to restore, because there is no server copy.
What our host necessarily sees
The site is served by a hosting provider, which — like any web server — processes the technical information required to deliver a page to you, such as your IP address and browser user-agent. We do not use that data, build profiles from it, or combine it with anything else. We are honest that this layer exists rather than claiming a literal zero.
Fonts
Typefaces are bundled and served from this site, so loading a page does not tell a font provider that you visited.
What we do not do
No advertising. No behavioural tracking. No selling or sharing of data. No personal profiling. No inference about your job, mood, or risk from how you use the site — lens recommendations use only the lens you explicitly picked and what you have marked complete on this device.
When this changes
The project plans to add optional, privacy-preserving features later — anonymous aggregate counts of which landmarks get opened, an optional feedback form, and an opt-in email digest. None of them exist yet. Any of them shipping requires this page to be updated in the same change, and each will be opt-in or anonymous by design. If this page ever describes something the site does not do, that is a bug — please tell us.
