High-risk system obligations
Also called: conformity, high-risk duties
Systems the AI Act classifies as high-risk (for example in employment, credit, education, or critical infrastructure) carry duties such as risk management, data governance, human oversight, logging, transparency, and conformity assessment.
If your use is high-risk, these obligations are the actual work — and they need planning from the start, not bolted on before launch. Human oversight and record-keeping are recurring themes.
A one-time certificate. The duties are ongoing across the system's life, not a box ticked once.
